1. Scope of Advisory

Beyond Talent provides strategic counsel, positioning, and market analysis. While our methodologies are rigorous, we do not guarantee specific employment outcomes, promotions, or financial results.

2. Client Obligations

Effective advisory requires transparency. Clients are expected to provide accurate representations of their professional history, current circumstances, and objectives. Misrepresentation compromises the efficacy of our strategy.

3. Intellectual Property

All frameworks, methodologies, and proprietary materials provided during coaching sessions or consultations remain the intellectual property of Beyond Talent and may not be distributed or reproduced.

4. Retainer and Payment Terms

Engagement fees for coaching packages and organizational retainers are billed according to individual statements of work. All fees are non-refundable once the advisory period has commenced.
